Welcome to Prestige Home & Office Cleaning. These Terms outline how we provide services and how you agree to use our website and book cleanings.

1. Services Offered

We offer:

  • * Routine and deep residential cleaning

  • * Commercial and office cleaning

  • * Airbnb and short-term rental turnarounds

  • * Move-in/move-out cleans

  • * Add-on services (fridge, oven, laundry, etc.)

2. Booking & Scheduling

  • * Services can be booked via our online scheduler (e.g., Acuity)

  • * Bookings depend on availability

  • * Incomplete or inaccurate booking details may delay or prevent service

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • * Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice

  • * Less than 24 hours: $50 fee

  • * No-shows may be charged in full

4. Access to Property

Clients must ensure safe and accessible entry.

  • * If entry is not available, a lockout fee may apply

  • * Please secure pets and valuables

5. Payment Terms

  • * Payment is due upon booking or immediately after service

  • * Accepted: Credit/debit via secure processors

  • * Non-payment may lead to suspended future service

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Let us know within 24 hours if anything was missed.
We’ll return to address it free of charge. No refunds issued.

7. Damage & Liability

  • * Report issues within 24 hours of service

  • * We carry liability insurance

  • * Not liable for pre-existing damage, improperly installed fixtures, or undisclosed fragile items

8. Client Conduct & Safety

We may refuse service if:

  • * Conditions are unsafe

  • * There’s evidence of pests, mold, biohazards

  • * Harassment or inappropriate behavior occurs toward staff

9. Photo & Testimonial Use

With client consent, we may use service photos or testimonials for marketing.
We will never share identifying information without written permission.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service delays due to uncontrollable events such as:

  • * Weather

  • * Power outages

  • * Government restrictions

  • * Natural disasters

11. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service to anyone for any reason including:

  • * Unsafe environments

  • * Non-payment

  • * Repeated cancellations

12. Website Use & Intellectual Property

  • * All content on our site is owned by Prestige Home & Office Cleaning

  • * Don’t copy, republish, or distribute without permission

  • * You agree not to misuse our site or use it for illegal purposes

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
